Work-life balance

At Henry Lamotte Group, we attach great importance to balancing work and life. We have introduced a number of measures to foster flexibility to achieve a better balance between work and family responsibilities for our employees. For example, wherever possible parents can telework from home or they can bring their children with them to work should child care providers cancel at short notice. In addition, we cover part of the costs for holiday camps and support employees who have to care for dependent family members, for example through a temporary reduction in the number of working hours per week.

We have been certified as a family-friendly company since 2004. In 2016 the Hanseatic City of Bremen honoured the Lamotte Group by bestowing us with the “Outstandingly Family-Friendly” seal.

Social services

In 2014 we established external, company-supported social services for all employees.
